The scent of freshly popped popcorn wafted through the air of Pilot House as UP’s Campus Program Board (CPB) announced Del Water Gap and Verb8im as the 2025 Rock the Bluff (RTB) artists during Pilots After Dark (PAD) on Feb. 22.
Attendees gathered at 9 p.m., with anticipation building as they surrounded a projector setup in Pilot House for the grand reveal. A video countdown played, and as the names flashed on the screen the crowd watched intently.
As with last year, RTB will take place off-campus at Crystal Ballroom on Saturday, March 22.
Alona Alleyne, a CPB RTB coordinator, shares her excitement for the upcoming event and the opportunity to see students enjoying themselves.
“We are feeling super excited for this upcoming Rock the Bluff and the CPB team has been working hard to keep this event exciting and student centered,” Alleyne said in an email to The Beacon. “It’s always awesome to see our hard work paying off the day of the concert and to see students having fun.”
