Six students will be vying for the position of temporary ASUP president following former President Khalid Osman's resignation last Monday. A special election for this position, as well as on changes to the ASUP constitution, will be held next Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 16 and 17. ASUP hopes that all students will take the opportunity to vote.

The students on the ballot will be: Bryan Chipman, Katherine Miller, Anthony Ng, Gavin Enos, Robbie Sosin and Anne-Marie Rodriguez.

ASUP is hosting a candidate speech night in St. Mary's this Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Can't make it? Check back in with The Beacon for video coverage of the event.
