The rainy weather of Portland and Wally's friendly face must be working their charm because each year more students are flocking to The Bluff. With more students applying and a limited amount of space, UP's acceptance rate has been seeing a decline. Becoming a Pilot isn't as easy as it once was, and this competitive trend may continue.
