Rock music legend Neil Young brought down the Chiles Center on Wednesday night, making Portland the 18th stop on his North American "Rebel Content" tour. Young is promoting his 36th studio album, "The Monsanto Years," and performed alongside Promise of the Real, the four-person backing band that collaborated with him on the album.
