With the 2013-2014 NFL season starting tonight and a highly anticipated team in the Seahawks just a three hour drive away, many of you may be wondering where you can go watch a game that isn’t on in your dorm basement. There are a number of places within walking distance, or at least bus-riding-distance, from campus that let in fans of all ages.

·      Buffalo Wild Wings -  Lloyd Center and downtown: If you’re looking to be engrossed in sports and watch any game imaginable, BWW is the place to go. They have a pretty good-sized menu and of course specialize in wings.

·      Tom’s Pizza and Sports Bar - N. Lombard: They have handmade pizza and a full bar. Tom’s is open late, midnight Sunday to Thursday and 2 a.m. Friday to Saturday. A little over a mile from campus, it’s an easy spot to go to for a game and some good pizza.

·      Darcy’s - N. Lombard: They have classic bar food, breakfast and a staff that makes the place feel like home. Happy hour features many specials, from beer to sliders to pizza.

·      Greeley Avenue Bar and Grill: N. Greeley Ave: A bit of a secret in NoPo but a great dive spot. Good inexpensive food, over a dozen TVs and daily food and drink specials. Just under two miles from campus, they support us Pilots, and did I mention they have Bacon Monday?
